FlutterKit Pro License Agreement

This agreement governs your use of the FlutterKit Pro source code. By purchasing or using FlutterKit Pro, you agree to the terms below. It is written in plain English on purpose: the rules are simple and the boundaries are firm.
1. Grant of license
Your one-time purchase grants you — the buyer — a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the FlutterKit Pro source code, including its screens, widgets, and any screens or widgets added to the library in the future.
You may use this code in an unlimited number of personal, commercial, and client applications.
2. What you may do
- Modify, extend, and adapt the code freely to fit your own apps.
- Ship the code inside compiled applications you build for yourself or for clients.
- Use it across unlimited projects with no per-app, per-seat, or per-client fees.
3. What is strictly prohibited
The following are not permitted under any circumstances:
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the source code in any form — as a UI kit, template, screen library, starter kit, component pack, course material, or any other derivative collection — whether sold or given away for free, and on any platform whatsoever (marketplaces, GitHub, Telegram, Discord, forums, file-sharing sites, or anywhere else on the internet).
- Sharing, publishing, or transferring a license key to anyone else. One key is for one developer.
- Making the raw source code publicly accessible — including public repositories that contain substantially the library, paste sites, and mirrors.
- Claiming authorship or ownership of the screens or the library.
- Using the code to build a competing screen library, template library, or component kit.
4. Ownership
All copyright and intellectual property in FlutterKit Pro remain the exclusive property of Rohan Surve. Your purchase grants you a license to use the code; it is not a transfer of ownership.
5. Enforcement
Any violation of this agreement terminates your license immediately and without refund. FlutterKit Pro actively monitors marketplaces and code-sharing platforms, and will pursue DMCA takedowns, marketplace complaints, and any available legal remedies against unauthorized redistribution.
6. License keys
License keys are personal and tied to a single developer. Suspicious usage patterns — for example, one key used across many different machines or IP addresses — may result in suspension of the key pending verification.
7. No warranty
The code is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. There is no guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the license.
8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. The courts of Karnataka, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
